Everybody knows what it's like: Each print shop has a slightly different work process. The results may turn out great with one company but unpleasant faults may arise with another one. We are eager about avoiding these circumstances by offering as much information as possible on how the printing data should ideally be edited as only then unexpected results can mostly be avoided.

In detail the support range looks like this:

- There is a detailed description for each product on our website. The description contains useful information on the dimensions for the data format as well as for the final format. Moreover, you will find useful additional content and a 10-points-check, containing the most common pitfalls which may come up when creating the printing files.

- Furthermore, there are also data sheets for each product containing detailed step-by-step explanations for various kinds of Adobe software solutions, with screenshots and useful tips. A separate document summarizing all dimensions for our products is ready for download.

- Additionally, you can download empty templates for Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. These templates already contain all correct document dimensions, export settings, colour profiles and guide lines, providing a safe, simple and convenient data generation. For certain products we offer templates with a finished layout, for example for calendars or greeting cards

- For all fundamental questions about offset printing, digital printing and data preparation there is an FAQ area and another section with instructions containing further helpful advice which we'd recommend to read through.
