But our service doesn't end when your products have left our warehouse! As soon as your parcels are on their way to you we refer you directly to the parcel tracking facility of our service provider and partner UPS.
Thus you are always in the picture as to how long the production of your items will still take and when you can expect delivery.
And for anyone who hasn't the time to use our system, perhaps being busy placing numerous new orders, we can even supply the most important information via e-mail free-of-charge!

UPS Regular delivery times

The regular UPS delivery time begins when our production time ends (despatch mail). As a rule, parcels will be delivered within Great Britain in less than 48 hours. UPS makes every effort to adhere to this but there can nevertheless be seasonal delays, e.g. during Easter or Christmas.
